President and Chief Executive Officer
Ronald H. Allen has 29 years experience
in law enforcement dog training. As a
police officer in Massachusetts and
Florida, he completed
numerous police dog training seminars
and programs
hosted by various
sponsoring agencies nationwide,
including the Administration and
Technical Application of Narcotic
Detector Dog Training program at the
U.S. Customs Detector Dog Training
Center in Front Royal, Virginia, and the
Narcotic Unit Commanders
Program at the Institute of Police
Technology and Management in
Jacksonville, FL.
Mr. Allen was formerly National Vice
President of the United States Police
Canine Association; Director of K-9
Training for the Massachusetts Criminal
Justice Training Council; a member of
the Task Force responsible for the first
statewide K-9 minimum standards
certification program in the U.S.(MA); a
member of the K-9 Training minimum
standards Task Forces for New York and
Florida; a K-9 Judge, Witness,
Evaluator, Consultant, Program
Developer, Trainer and Handler at
various police departments in
Massachusetts, Florida and Louisiana. He
was the first American police officer to
teach detector dog training in Russia in
1994 (MVD Project Harmony), followed by
a second training assignment (MVD-
Petrozavodsk, Karelia) in Russia in 1995
and a detector dog training assignment
in Ukraine MVD-Kiev, Odessa) in 1997.
As an internationally recognized expert
in his field, Mr. Allen has appeared in
numerous media outlets, including the
front page of The Wall Street
Journal, and on nationally
syndicated radio show interviews,
including the BBC. He is currently
serving on the Associate Member
Council of the International Council
of Cruise Lines (ICCL) and the
Non-Invasive Testing Committee of
the National Cargo Security Council (NCSC).
