Edward
E. Griffin, Vice President, American Detection
Technologies, Inc. (AMDETECH), has been involved
in law enforcement for 27 years, during which he
has served as a police officer, canine handler,
instructor, evaluator and administrator for
numerous police agencies in Ohio, Florida and
Louisiana.
Mr.
Griffin has completed a number of police and
canine training courses from such agencies as
the Federal Aviation Authority, the
Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council,
the Florida Criminal Justice Institute, the U.S
Department of the Treasury (U.S. Customs), U.S.
Department of Transportation (DOT) and U.S.
Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
He is a licensed security agency manager, a
certified police instructor and police dog
evaluator for the State of Florida. He holds
licenses from the U.S. Alcohol, Tobacco and
Firearms Agency (ATF) and the U.S. Drug
Enforcement Agency (DEA).
He
was the Lee County, Florida “Police Officer of
the Year” in 1992. Mr. Griffin has been United
States Police Canine Association Police Dog Judge since
1983, and is a court-certified expert witness in
police K-9 use in the State of Florida. |
